In response to the urgent and growing need for patient platforms during the current COVID-19 pandemic, Stryker have developed a limited-release Emergency Relief Bed which is designed to help emergency responders and caregivers move and position patients efficiently.

This Emergency Relief Bed is low-cost, readily available solution intended to quickly serve those on the front line of teh COVID-19 crisis - ranging from triage centres and pop-up areas of care, to the emergency department, and all in-patient hospital general departments.

It features a 30-degree manually adjustable backrest angle to accommodate patients in respiratory distress, including vented patients. It also features low height, a 10 cm thick mattress and an attached IV pole.
