The SAM IO® Intraosseous Access System is a manual, battery-free IO device engineered for rapid vascular access when traditional IV lines are difficult or impossible to obtain. A Class I Medical Device designed for use in emergencies, pre-hospital intervention scenarios and hospital settings, the SAM IO enables effective intraosseous access in:

  • Proximal tibia (adults)
  • Distal tibia (paediatrics only)
  • Humeral head (adults)

The SAM IO offers a stable IO route for fluid resuscitation, medication delivery, and blood draws for up to 24 hours.

  • SAM IO® Needles – 15g (15mm / 25mm / 45mm)
  • SAM IO® Adaptor – Use with compatible non-SAM IO needles
  • SAM IO® Stabiliser – Secures needle post-insertion
  • SAM IO® Training Kit – Includes anatomical bone models for training
